Chamela - Cuixmala Biosphere Reserve is the first in Mexico



Let me take you back to Mexico through Cuixmala, protected the Pacific coast of Mexico.

Three kilometers from the green plants and golden sandy beaches and lakes surrounding a

large number of luxury villas and private casitas.

Chamela - Cuixmala Biosphere Reserve is the first in Mexico to keep the dry tropical forest.

 Reserve covers an area of 131.42 square kilometers protected, and dominated by the

mountainous terrain. Reserve maintains high species diversity, and one of the largest

concentrations of endemic species in the country. Reserve protects a range of habitats,

including 1,200 species of plants and 270 of birds, 70 mammals and 68 reptiles and 19 of

amphibians and several thousand species of insects and other invertebrates. Tigers and

turtles are among the unique scenery of trials development.
